Thoughts: All I say to all this “MAX” exercises is holymotheromfgwtfshithell. It’s killer but so satisfying to finish. I’m soooo doing a second round of Insanity after this!

Thoughts: Not eating enough, I’m starting to feel pooped. It’s mostly because I don’t eat at my job, too much crap to do. When I go grocery shopping this Friday (payday) I’m gonna buy some yummylicious snacks!

Thoughts: Not eating enough, I’m starting to feel pooped. It’s mostly because I don’t eat at my job, too much crap to do. When I go grocery shopping this Friday (payday) I’m gonna buy some yummylicious snacks!

Day’s Calorie Deficit: 1813

Workout: TurboFire Class 55 EZ

Thoughts: I’m on INSANITY RECOVERY WEEK ALREADY!! I can’t believe I finished a month of this! I know I’m suppose to do Core Cardio & Balance but I feel like its not enough cardio. I still plan to do it..starting Wednesday to Sunday. That’ll be 5 days of that and I’ll be adding 1 or 2 workouts to even up what I missed. 

I didn’t eat much because I passed out at 7PM and woke up at 5AM. Thank God I slept that much coz I was feeling pooped from my weekend!

Thoughts: Cousin came in from Cali so my sister and I took her around the city. We went to a bar and I had a few drinks but we danced our butt off. Fun fun fun. I offset all this by eating a light breakfast and then a filling dinner (Vietnamese). Had a small snack in between (bubble tea). I didn’t worry about calories because I’m pretty sure I came under 2000.
