This afternoon is my longest Les Mills Pump Workout EVER&amp;#8230;55 minutes of lifting!&amp;#8230;I&amp;#8217;m excited, I&amp;#8217;m actually ridiculously pleased about how strong I&amp;#8217;m getting and I don&amp;#8217;t dread these exercises like I did with Insanity (knees b!tched the whole time).  Plus, my body definitely responded faster to strength training than pure cardio.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The only thing I need to work on is my diet, I don&amp;#8217;t go over my set caloric intake for the day but I don&amp;#8217;t pick good choices sometimes.  Like I just had two Keebler Fudge cookies because I &amp;#8220;needed&amp;#8221; an energy boost lol.  I&amp;#8217;m still seeing results so perhaps it&amp;#8217;s not all too bad.  I&amp;#8217;m adjusting to my NEW work schedule&amp;#8230;YES! I look at this with a confusing mix of sadness, irritation, and triumph. The elation of seeing results usually overshadows the other two feelings. I know these are a natural part of losing weight as well as genetics and other factors. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I know losing weight is not going to be perfect. But I sure wished that my skin looked better. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m trying to find ways to minimize their appearance but at the same time I just shrug it off. I know sometime in the future they will bother me more when I want to wear revealing clothes. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Is there anyway to minimize stretch marks? How do you deal with it?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;On another note, my skinny jeans fit me again. Much better in fact! I also purchased new ones. In pink and purple! They just perk me up!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I SQUAT A TOTAL OF 20 POUNDS YESTERDAY! That might not mean much to heavy lifters but when you squat for 5 minutes straight REPEATEDLY with no pauses..its definitely a triumph!!!! WOO! &lt;p&gt;Goal: 140&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ultimate Goal Weight: 120-125&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Well I was SUPER reluctant to weigh myself this morning because I knew I was going to gain but I needed accountability so I did it anyway.  I was pleasantly surprised to see that I maintained my weight.  The reason I was all bleghhhhh about weighing myself ISN&amp;#8217;T (evidenced by my bodymedia fit posts) because I did bad on the nutrition or exercise front.  (THAT is such a GREAT thing to say!)  It was logical to me that I&amp;#8217;ll gain some weight due to the fact I&amp;#8217;m using heavier weights in Les Mills and I&amp;#8217;ve added Body Revolution to the mix.  As you know muscles and cells going through the wonderful healing cycle can add temporary weight gain, glycogen blah blah blah (I&amp;#8217;m not going into the science of it, I&amp;#8217;ve barely finished my 1st cup of coffee, lol, google it!).  So the FACT that I&amp;#8217;ve maintained is suuuucchhh a WOOHOO moment. So YAY for that!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On another note, I&amp;#8217;m feeling achy, bloaty, and I wanted to punch the TV yesterday when one of those stupid reality TV shows (hate asinine people) came in sooooo my tardmunch friend is definitely coming soon.  So that&amp;#8217;s another contributing factor.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So I&amp;#8217;ll just keep on truckin and see what happens next weigh-in!&lt;/p&gt;
