Got my butt in gear today. Started 30 Day Shred again. I did this last year and I got some dramatic results. I was going to start TurboFire but I really want to ease my way into this. No burnouts please. It still killed me though, I can’t believe how exhausted I was afterwards. It makes me so mad because 2 months ago this would have been cake (pardon the pun). F this! I’m going to beat it. Challenge Accepted!

I officially finished the Prep Schedule for TurboFire and finished my first round of ChaLEAN Extreme last monday! I took the rest of week off for recovery but watched what I ate.
I weighed myself this morning and guess what??!?
170 pounds!! yayyyyyyy!!!

Tomorrow I’m going to start the advance schedule of TurboFire and another full round of ChaLEAN Extreme!! I wanna lose another 20 by my day (May 25th) doable??? What’cha think?? I wanna lose more but I don’t wanna go crazy lol

I swear everytime I do TurboFire it takes a while for my fist to unclench lol. I love doing the jabs, punches, and kicks. I especially love the twist. TurboFire makes me feel powerful.
Tomorrow I’m going to either weigh or measure myself. I’m debating on holding it off until I finish ChaLEAN Extreme in two weeks but I’m too impatient. I can always do it again then. As for weighing myself, I’ll prolly end up doing it since its the Feb 1st tomorrow. I’ll be weighing myself every two weeks, I’m a very visual person so that would be motivation not to slack off!

Even with my slacker lifestyle, I’ve been keeping up with my workouts! I’ve eaten more calories than I wanted for the past few days so I think I just might post my measurements this Wednesday instead of my weight. Too much sodium! Grr
I’m revising my once a month weighing rule, It makes me too lax with my eating habits! From now on, I’ll be weighing every two weeks and I’ll measure myself once a month.

Today’s Workout
TurboFire HIIT 15
Turbo Jam 20 Minute
Omfg I thought I was going to die. Today was the first TurboFire HIIT Workout and I thought my heart was going to burst out of my chest. I was actually bent over panting. Chalene demands that you give it your all and I can’t resist a workout challenge. The workout was a killer but I felt like it was too short. It was only 15 minutes so I decided to add Turbo Jam’s 20 Minute Workout as a cool down LoL. In between when she has you doing jump rope, I was actually doing jumping jacks and some plyo work. I was feeling motivated today. My workout clothes are feeling so much looser! I can’t wait for my first goal weight where I buy new gear!!
While I’m typing this out, I can feel the sweat trickling down my face and back. I AM SOAKED! Love it
Today is my stepdad’s birthday so we’re going to Red Lobster. I’ve been craving some seafood and I already went to the website to plan out what I’m going to get! Nom nom nom.
